  • What are your lashes made of?
    Unik Lashes are handmade mink lashes, cruelty free, luxury dramatic lashes.
  • How do I apply the lashes?
    Unik Lashes need to be applied with lash glue. We recommend the Unik Queendom Adhesive Eyeliner but you can also use DUO Brush-On Adhesive with Vitamins (dark).
  • How long do they last?
    Depending on how well you care for them, they can last anywhere from 4 - 12 months.
  • How do I care for my lashes?
    Unik Lashes are washable. After several wears you can gently wash them. We suggest wearing them while having a shower and just let the water run through them and gently remove any loose glue product. After a glam day, remember to remove your luxury lashes and place them back in your glitter case for sanitary purposes and to keep them in their natural form.
  • How long will my Unik hair extensions last?
    They can last up to a year or more depending on how well it's being taken care of. Unik Hair is your crown, the same way you take care of your own hair is the same effort you should put into your hair extensions.
  • Can I color my Unik hair extensions?
    Our human hair can be washed, processed, bleached, colored, and curled or flat ironed. Please process hair at your own risk. If you desire to process your hair we recommend having it done by a professional with professional salon quality products. Once hair is processed, it is no longer considered virgin hair and therefore dramatically lessens the life of the hair. Our Natural Black hair will naturally keep its luster and bounce longer than our Luxury Blonde hair just like any other company. See our "Hair Care" page for more info on caring for your virgin hair.
  • How do I care for my Unik hair extensions?
    See our Hair Care for all the information on how to care for your hair extensions.
  • Do you ship Internationally?
    Yes, we do! For shipping to the US, it is $29.95 via Expedited Parcel and International it is $89.95 via Xpress Post International.
  • I made an error on my order.  Can it be fixed?
    Yes, we can update your order if you made a mistake IF you email us within 1 hour of placing your order. This is not a guarantee until we confirm the changes with you. Please keep in mind all Unik Hair and Lash sales are final so we will note be able to refund any of your items (unless you placed a duplicate order).
  • Where can I shop Unik Queendom near me?
    Currently, purchases can only be made online at www.unikqueendom.com.

  • Do you offer Promotional/Coupon Codes?
    Periodically, Unik Queendom will offer promotional codes. One (1) Offer Code may be used per order. Coupon codes cannot be applied to sale items. Any current codes CANNOT be applied to a previous purchase. Adjustments will not be made. The coupon code is entered at checkout.   • Do you offer wholesale?
    Yes! Our Hair & Lash factory has 15 years of experience and can accommodate orders of any size. Unik Queendom handles wholesale orders completely different than other companies. It doesn’t matter how big or how small you order. Orders of 15 items or more are considered wholesale.
