shipping policy

We ship via Canada Post (unless otherwise specified) and have a flat rate of $9.95 for all Canadian orders.  For orders over $100, it is FREE shipping within Canada.  All items will be shipped within 3 - 6 business days.  To arrange local pickup, please contact us directly.

For shipping to the US, it is $29.95 via Expedited Parcel and international it is $89.95 via Xpresspost International.

 

return & exchange policy

Hair and Lashes are a final sale.

 

All other items will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.  You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).

Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
